This chair was designed by Gerrit Rietveld in 1934. Gerrit Thomas Rietveld (24 June 1888-25 June 1964) was a Dutch furniture designer and architect, and was one of the principal members of the Dutch artistic movement called De Stijl.

The Zig Zag Chair is made from four flat MDF wooden tiles that easily fit together in a Z-shape that are secured with dovetail joints. Despite its minimalistic nature, this chair is incredibly steady and a comfortable seat for all.

You can easily move the chair to any room in your home and the rubbers used on the bottom of the chair protect your floors from scratching.
